Flavilicious Fitness Workouts

In this post I want to talk about the workouts you do in the Flavilicious Fitness program.

This plan isn’t limited to fitness. It also has nutrition resources. However, there’s no doubt that the workouts are the main part of Flavilicious Fitness and this is why I want to go into them a bit more in depth here.

So, what will working out according to Flavia Del Monte’s program be like?

You will need to train on 5 days of the week. And each workout will take you approximately 60 minutes (give or take a few). As you can see, you do need to invest quite a bit of time into these workouts. This is the only way to get to the kind of lean body which Flavia Del Monte has.

Each of these workouts focuses on a specific body part. Here are the goals of each of these workouts:

  • Shaping your shoulders.
  • Flattening your abs.
  • Lifting your butt.
  • Tightening and slimming your thighs.
  • Toning your back.
